The Institute for Pervasive Cybersecurity is a start-up under Boise State’s Division of Research & Economic Development, which aims to increase cybersecurity research, strategic partnership and student support within Idaho. When I first started working with the Institute, there was limited marketing structure. After my two and a half years with the Institute, I had built a functional marketing department, developing long-term marketing strategies for its future success.
